How It Works

Instead of issuing static pre-qualification letters, Loan Officers send a link right to the borrower’s cell phone where they can access an adjustable pre-qualification letter.
This calculator allows the borrowers to run their payment scenarios on the houses they're looking at and instantly download updated letters right to their phones.
Since the Loan Officer sets the parameters for each borrower, pre-qualification letters can only be issued within the range that the Loan Officer has authorized.
